Event Details:
Red Dress Day is an annual event that occurs evey May 5th. This event is to acknowledge Missing and Murdered Indigenous Woman, children and two spirited. It is a free event open to the public. The event will be held in Kinsmen Park from 10am to 2pm. There will be Metis Nation and Siksika Nation Guest Speakers, followed by a walk around the park, a jingle dress dance demonstration and an Inidgenous Meal. There will also be other partnering agencies Trellis and True North.

- 2pm: Event Ends
This event Strathmore FCSS has partnered with Trellis and True North. Trellis will be attending a booth providing information to the public. Trellis also provided the Indigenous meal. True North will have information on their agency and is having a Tipi at the event.
Violence can happen in all cultures and this event is to stand up against against it.
